Troubleshooting

Something not working as expected? Here are a few things you can try before getting in touch with us.

A server is missing from the dashboard​

First, check you're using the right Discord account. You'll need to own the server or have Administrator or Manage Server permissions. If you haven't added Blob yet, you can invite us from your server list.

Sign-in returns without opening the dashboard​

Try signing in again from blob.plus. Still getting sent back? Contact our Support Team and let us know what you're seeing, including any error message. Please don't send session cookies or authorization tokens.

blob cannot assign a role​

Make sure Blob has Manage Roles, then move its highest role above the role you want it to add or remove. Discord won't let us manage roles above our own.

Verification does not complete​

Check that your panel is enabled and has the right method, channel and roles selected. If you're using /verify, make sure the command is enabled too and you're in the panel's verification channel. Our verification guide has a few more things to check.

Pro isn't enabled for a server​

Head to Billing and check you've selected the server for your subscription. You can choose up to 10 servers, but we'll need to be in each server before you can assign Pro to it.

A request was received but the confirmation email failed​

Your request may still have reached us even if the confirmation email didn't. Check Your support requests in the dashboard before sending it again. If it's there, you can carry on the conversation from that page.
