Insights
Insights helps you keep an eye on what's happening in your server. You can display counts in channel names and send audit messages to channels your team can review.
Stat Display
Show your member or boost count in the name of a voice channel, without having to update it by hand.
Set it up
- Open Insights → Stat Display in your server dashboard.
- Enable the member or boost stat you want to show.
- Choose a voice channel for it. Use a separate channel for each stat.
- Enter a channel name template, then save.
For members, you could use:
Members: {stats.members}
For boosts, you could use:
Boosts: {stats.boosts}
Blob needs Manage Channels to rename the selected channels. Updates run periodically, so give the count some time to change rather than expecting an instant update after every join or boost.
Audit Logs
Keep a record of supported server events and moderation actions in Discord. You can send everything to a general channel or split categories into their own channels.
Set it up
- Open Insights → Audit Logs and enable audit logs.
- Choose your General channel.
- Choose separate channels for bans, warnings, kicks, mutes, roles, members or messages if you want them.
- Leave a category without its own channel to use the general channel.
- Save your changes and check a suitable event appears in Discord.
We'll need access to send messages and embeds in each channel you select. Keep logs somewhere your team can read them without exposing private moderation details to the whole server.
Not seeing updates?
Check the feature is enabled, the selected channel still exists and Blob has the permissions it needs. For audit logs, check both the category channel and the general channel. For stat displays, make sure you've selected a voice channel and kept the matching parameter in its name template.
